How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order on ElbiseBul, simply create a cancellation request through the "Order Support Center" found in your order details. If your items haven't been shipped yet, the cancellation process will start immediately, and the amount you paid will be refunded to your credit card right away. If the items have already been shipped, the refund will be processed to your credit card after the items are returned to the store.
How do I return my products?
Your satisfaction and expectations are important to us. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return your products within 14 days from the date you received them, provided they are in their original packaging, unused, and with tags intact.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, hygienic items (like surgical masks), swimsuits, and bikinis are types of products that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. You can only return these items within 14 days from the date you received them if they are:
- Unopened with packaging and protective seals intact,
- Not tried on,
- Unused, and
- Hygienically intact.
If these conditions are not met, and the products are deemed unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, your right to withdraw will not apply, and such returns will not be accepted.
All other clothing and accessory items must be unused and undamaged due to misuse.
To initiate your return process, log into your account, navigate to the "My Orders" section, and proceed through the "Order Support Center" for the relevant order.
How does the return process work?
Once your return reaches us and the approval process is complete, we’ll notify you and initiate the refund to your bank. The entire return process may take 3-14 days.

To exchange a product, first follow the return procedure to cancel your current order, then you can place a new order.
Will my shipping fee be refunded if I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, the full amount you paid, including the shipping fee, will be refunded.
Will I Pay for Return Shipping?
In cases where the product is defective, faulty, or incorrectly sent, we cover the return shipping fee. On other platforms, return shipping fees are often included in the product price. This means you’re not just paying for your own shopping but also for the return shipping costs of others. However, if the product is defective or incorrect, we take care of the return shipping fee. This ensures our prices are always fair and transparent.
